At Riveira Trade LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our quality gifting and home products. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. We use Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) for all order fulfillment, which ensures reliable shipping and handling.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Exceptions include:
- Personalized or custom items.
- Perishable goods.
- Items marked as final sale.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at moaz@riveira.co with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details (e.g., photos if applicable).
- We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization along with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item to the appropriate Amazon fulfillment center.
- Ship the item back using the provided label and instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to our error; otherwise, they may be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected at the Amazon fulfillment center, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. If the item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email photos and details to moaz@riveira.co within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We'll coordinate with Amazon FBA to handle the return process.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at moaz@riveira.co. Once an order has been shipped via Amazon FBA, our standard return policies apply.
